I’ve put a complaint in mate.

I want to know if they’d been cleaning him properly how come they’ve missed it. That’s the first part.

2nd part is why did the nurse follow me out and try pin the blame on me.

The manager has been sound tbf. She’s ordered an investigation into it and will be writing to me with the results soon.
