It's good to see the EUROPEAN UNION standing up against the fascist farmers . They should seize all of their assets & put them in gulags for the sake of Freedom & democracy. Wouldn't hurt to starve a few million either as punishment.
I reckon they're just setting the market for when Net Zero restricts travel so with no visitors, they'd only need to feed any locals that survive, oh and the Chinese tourists, but they eat bugs anyway. It'll be interesting to see the plans to make up the shortfall in income from Countries that get a good percentage of their income from tourism like Spain, Italy, Greece etc. Still, at least there'll be more space once all the ancient buildings fall into disrepair, because there's no money to fund their maintenance. See, it's all just forward thinking, and we're just not seeing the bigger picture.
