Leeds and Bristol are both average championship sides. Leeds are overperforming, Bristol underperforming.
Once again, we finished 7th last season (possibly unluckily but we did fade badly), have improved slightly since then and so unsurprisingly are 5th. So where's this evidence we've been overperforming for the last 1 and 1/4 seasons?
The fact you have a **** squad and are often popping up with last minute winners and screamers. We'll see where you end up. I expect that we'll swap place by the end of the season
Why was festa's last game before sundays over 5000 down on the attendance when it was your saviours homecoming?
Our saviour? Shows that not many people care about a sunday afternoon fixture against Crystal Palace. Especially considering we've lost the last two at home and hadn't scored a home goal in nearly 4 hours of home football...
Well you were all creamng yourselves at the thought of Nigel returning, i thought you would have had a full house, but you were over 5000 down, it must have been a big game for you, the one before the palace game that is.
The difference is that you brought 4000 to us yet palace brought about 700. So the 1.9k Leicester fans that decided to not turn up was probably just because we'd lost the last two home games.
Oh, was it us, i didn't realise, i was just asking the question why your attendance was down for the homecoming
Our squad's better than yours and we spent 10x less money on it. You know who kept popping up with last minute winners and screamers last season? Norwich.
Lonergan/McCarthy - good players White - good player Connolly - good player Clayton - good player Howson -good player Snodgrass - good player Sam - good player McCormack - good player Keogh - good player Becchio - good player Nunez - good player Somma - good player Good players + good team spirit = good squad. Is AKCJ really disagreeing with this?
And Leicester are over spending! On dross... But hold up, Pearson will need at least another 10 million to achieve his goals of making you an established championship side! Good work thai brides
No mate, we'll be higher. Difference is though, you'll be where you currently are come the end of the season so you got no hope of keeping maynard
Maynard? Who knows where he will go - but it won't be Leeds! Reason: He won't move in January as he seems intent on seeing out his contract and getting a bumber signing on fee in the summer. So: If we go up. Leeds will not want him in the summer as we will be buying bigger names. & Maynard will not want to come if we don't go up, as he will get giddy like Beckford and jump towards "Premiership" Everton. However: It is good news for Leicester, as he will be available for 3 million next Winter when Everton cash in on him, but his heart might not be in it
He wont join Leeds full stop. Leeds is near top of the highest crime in the UK and him and his wife have just had a kid, its no place to bring a little one up.
Some of the safest areas in the country are around Leeds. The footballers don't all live in Beeston, you know.
At least it's safe to talk to your neighbours in the north, without them stealing your Pizza and murdering you.... You have some odd folk "down yonder"
All that talk about him worth £7m or £5m is rubbish. Beckford who was a goal machine went for £3m from Everton to Leicester. Bristol will be lucky if they get a million for him. So stop thinking that big money will come & save your club.
Personally i wouldn't want us to sign Maynard because i think he's worth 15-20 goals playing alongside someone like keogh however McCormack is worth about 15-20 goals playing alongside someone like keogh, i would see this as a waste of money especially as i dont think he could make the step up to the prem as well as some people think
