He's very versatile, he can cover at left back, centre back, or as a dustbin.

We've managed to become the richest club in the world and replaced Bruce with Bruce. Back in another ****ing rut that needs digging out. Howe and his "character above ability" is no different to any other English plodder.

Tactic used to be "get it to ASM and hope for the best". We've replaced ASM with Gordon. I've never seen a manager stick so staunchly to a way of playing. His favouritism is on a par with Southgate.

Although he was outdone on a couple of occasions he was not helped at all by the midfield
Bruno was.running through treacle with 30 mins to go
Miley for all his skill on the ball doesn't have the pace to keep up either, pulled out of a couple of tackles I thought he was favourite for yesterday
Saying that, he did get a foot in on Barkley to set up the 4th goal

Still a very good squad player. Although he is exposed to fast wingers.

    Which most are.

So he should be CB cover now.

can’t remember Bruce getting us into the top 4 apart from for goals conceded or lowest goals scored… or laughing stock teams in the PL.

guess Bruce must have snook us into the CL without me realising too.

I probably missed all those games where we attacked at will and beat some of the best teams around too under fatty.

Roly mate you need to lay off the drugs mate. Say hello to your pet unicorn for me tho.

I'd just let him cover CB instead of LB

    I think he's probably a decent cb

Thing is I don't blame Dan Burn, he's a good center back option and a good lad to have round the team but Howe is throwing him to the wolves playing him at left back and at the expense of one of our best performing players too.

I agree, other than the fact our main tactic is to play the ball to Bruno, who lays off to trippier, who plays it back to Bruno who then dinks it to the right for Miggy or Murphy. Otherwise yeah :emoticon-0140-rofl:

He's crap and needs replacing ! It's no wonder the club hasn't won anything for 68 years because the fans accept celebrate mediocrity.

I mean come on man open your eyes...he's a plodder <laugh>

Worked v Saka as he had the Big Joe / Little Joe combo to help out, but yesterday… nothing of the sort. Can’t be exposed like that.

As a LB, Burn is being caught out time after time by pacy wingers. He has the speed of a tug boat and the turning space of an oil tanker. How on earth Howe picks him instead of Tino or Hall is beyond me, unless of course he's Howe's pet favourite.
