Love his head carriage. Going to be some force when he begins his chasing career. Looks a right one for future Gold Cup.
I wonder why they rerouted him to this race in the first place given he likely would have won the 2miler yesterday? He seemed to have just stopped about 5 out but Townend kept going to pick 2nd up anyway, maybe being pulled up might have been better.
Faded badly and tailed off. Obviously not his running today, could see him at Punchestown or Aintree next I would think.
Interesting Pertemps qualifier at Musselburgh with Curley Finger doing it the hard way off a mark of just 115. Top weight Springwell Bay ran a stormer to finish 2nd, Hector Javilex 3rd and Irish raider Anna Bunina 4th. Rebecca Menzies will be hoping for at least a 7lb rise for the winner to get into the final - Brandy Mcqueen got in off 121 last year but the year before the bottom weight was off 134 and 2021 it was 126 so very much touch and go whether Curley Finger will get in.
Don't forget though, old boy, that less horses can qualify, for the Final, these days. The '21 and '22 figures relate to the first 6 home, from every qualifier, being eligible - from the 2023 Final its first 4 only.
Assuming you meant Samcro, I'm sorry but this time (a rare thing) I wasn't wrong. Samcro can't win in March. Won the one who can't go to Cheltenham. I imagine he will go to Aintree. https://p2p.ie/results.php?racetime=14:30&race_id=27767&fixture_id=5028 I hope you enjoyed the day.
Lifetime Ambition, same reason Great Day out and I did think Samcro for Foxhunters, until the end of the race! Great to see him and Lifetime Ambition. It was evs the pair and not much split them at the line but the younger legs got up. Confirmed on course by Pat Doyle, LA goes for the Aintree race. Some nice horses on show, especially the JP one. One for the tracker. Hope the link works, some bits of the day. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/14oMOA4FoSlwVJLdIQexGqQ9DrrjEvgzs?usp=share_link

That would explain it. Hopefully he is OK and recovers well, had a bad fall at Aintree as well so he's not getting the nest of luck. Talented horse.
