Arsenal beat us with a massive **** up. Not the end of the world and they certainly aren’t title contenders.

They’ll fade away because they aren’t clinical enough

 

No complaints there we were second best. Move on and put it right.

 

arsenal deserved that but will lose next day out probably.

4th and focus on the cups from here. city will walk this.

Really poor first half. Once got in at 1-1 then was a reset.

Then played well for 5-10 mins and then silly goal to concede. After that was just unlucky. Gomez goes off to push a draw and then Konate sent off for 2 nothings tackles where he literarily couldn’t get out the way leaving us with only 1 CB.

Then the 3rd is meh means nothing.

 

Hard to tell. If we don’t concede the 2nd then maybe Konate isn’t sent off and we play with 2 defenders…

but all ifs and buts.

 

You can bet Arsenal won’t play like this against City

 

I didn’t realise arsenal won the title today. Jeez they realise they’re still 2 points off the top, 3 once city win their games in hand?

 

not playing like that we won’t. It’s still in our hands but any more performances like that and City will easily win the league.

van dijk was stoned. he wouldn't even sprint back in most of the time.

arsenal rightly dominated first half and if not for a howler of their own we would be there til next week and not score

Both are against Brentford.

If they drop any points to them, it'll be a huge ****ing surprise.

Brenford are slipping towards a relegation scrap.

 

Tbf losing away to team in 2nd place due to a once in a career **** up by best keeper and best cb in world and then a stupid red card that wasn’t a red isn’t horrendous. Yes wasn’t great performance but could have easily finished a draw as arsenal created nothing in that second half.

I'm sorry but this is pure saltiness.

I don't even think we'll win the league, and I don't think a lot of Arsenal fans are looking past City for the title. But you absolutely deserved to lose today and, like it or not, for the time being, we are in with a shout. We probably won't get over the line, but we are in contention and that's all I can ask for at this point.

Give us credit where it's due mate.
