If he's going to pick Henderson when he's playing for Al Dontgiveafaq (and didn't make any trips to watch him then) he's sure as **** going to pick him now, even if he scored three own goals and got sent off for battery. It won't put Howe and Newcastle off that's my concern. I don't think West Ham have obligation to buy, so Newcastle might yet buy him.
