There must be a grandmother he's had moments with, who'll spill the beans unless he signs for us ...

It had to be reasonably obvious, otherwise I'd just be called a deluded Geordie!

I suspect with Real Madrid's cryptic post that they'll announce tomorrow that he's joining in the summer

Madrid the only ones corrupt enough to afford his wages.

    Sorry, I meant big enough.

Rumours that we’ve turned down an offer for Dummett! I would have driven to Newcastle and dropped him off in Ipswich myself

Some mental prices there, if Toney is £100m and Broja is £50m what value is Isak?

TBH if you told me we were selling Isak and getting all 4 of those, at £0 cost, I'd be disappointed.

I would take N'Ketiah at £35m. Think there's a canny player in there.

    Option A - He's an academy product.
Option B - He's got good craic on training ground.

He's a big character in the dressing room and a big part of what we do. Since Howe has been here he's been excellent in a sense of his attitude and his application has been first class, so we wouldn't want to lose his presence in the group.

I kind of get that he's one of our only 'homegrown trained at own club' players, in terms of European competition quotas. But equally he's only made 8 appearances in 2 1/2 seasons, plus we are out of Europe and currently outside of qualifying places for next season. What's the point in keep paying wages if someone wants him? Let him actually play.

Meanwhile, Forest have signed their 3rd player this week. How many do they have altogether now? I bet they don't even know all of their names.

Hmm, not sure. He just seems an unreliable finisher.

Is this young Alfie Harrison good enough to come straight into the squad and contend for a place? Or more a 'one for the future'?

Possibly the most boring transfer window in the PL era maybe?

Rules changing but it won't surprise me if it's worse for 14 clubs.
