With Leif's quality, Moore would have a field day. Provided wet sham don't offer 50 million for Leif and he leaves!!

Urgent priority is 2 strikers and then I'd say both fullback positions need strengthening.

Still think long term we need to be looking for a long term replacement for Morsy. Really obvious we missed him last night no one with the courage to constantly take the ball in tight situations to break Leicesters press and then drive through the midfield.

Only when our subs came on did we drive forward with control and confidence.

Leif seems to be able to find the back of the net of late, maybe we should try him at the other end?

Luongo contract extended, no brainer considering how well he and Morsy are as a duo

A couple of names being banded about - Al.Hamadi striker from Wimbledon and left back Marc Bola from Samsunspor.
Can't say i know much about either of these two, and neither sets my pulses racing...hopefully they're just a smokescreen for when we unveil a couple of quality additions

Well there’s a bombshell for Freddie. He’s barely even kicked a ball for Charlton and Appleton’s been sacked.

Since Ladapo has gone I've been expecting a signing to come through the door, surely we wouldn't have let him go without a signing to come through the door.

As ever looking at a highlights video Al Hamidi looks really promising, if true I can really see why we would try to sign him, he looks like he wins the ball alot in the press, looks technically good and can play upfront by himself but can we rely on a 21 year old from league 2 to get us over the line I'm not sure. I would hope/expect perhaps another slightly more experienced striker to come in as well but then Hirst on paper wasn't exactly that so who knows.

I am getting slightly concerned, press seem to suggest we are being thwarted every where...are we going to end up being desperate and paying over the odds or trying to finish the season with Jackson as our only striker!!

My thoughts exactly ptc, I think given time he turn out to be a very good signing but time we don't have.....unless we also sign a proven striker at this level. Then I think it would be great business. The Austrian striker looks an interesting one!!

Feel he was a bit unlucky, looked like he was about to be given a chance last season, then got injured and seemingly went further down the pecking order. From the minimal amount I have seen he looks like the type of player we want as our striker in terms of how he plays the game but hasn't really proven yet he can consistently play senior football.

Al-Hamidi looks good on the clips I have seen and completely understand again why we've signed him even if he ends up being second choice imagine a tiring defense having to go up against Sarmeinto, Hutchinson and Al-Hamidi they all look pretty relentless.

Think we still need another striker with hopefully a bit of experience, again I see exactly why we're after Gallagher after seeing brief parts of him in the FA cup game the other night, looks like he's got exactly what we need for a striker.

Also would be good to strengthen the full back positions.

We should keep singing Ladapo, not like we will notice he's not on the pitch.
