    He is Welsh and we have always done well with a Welshman in the side. eg Peter Rodrigues, Barry Horne, Gareth Bale, Ron Davis, Alan Curtis etc.

    Harmless dig at a local club's expense, nothing wrong with that. I'm more surprised that I've seen Bournemouth fans complain about loaning us players.

    I would have thought the fact we are having to loan their fringe players to help us get promoted would be a point of satisfaction at how far they have come as a club.

    They didn't want to loan him out though. But he wanted to go, as per reports. Assume they sanctioned it out of respect for the player, and everything he's been through.

    Harmless banter to me, fair play to them.
