Can’t help but feeling the uncertain futures with our rats is having a detrimental effect on any prospective transfer activity. Difficult to sign someone even on loan if there’s an obligation to buy at end of term. At this point we have no clue what our loanees intend to do. If some chose to stay due to not being able to find a Better offer that puts pressure on finances and the ffp business. Think it was Hay that said financial situation is tight. Could be a right mess in summer if we can’t offload the wannaways permanently
Yes, they are. I just posted on todays thread about the forgotten case which is looming in the form of Fat Kev to add on to the other financial impacts of relegation. I think there's trouble ahead financially if we don't go up.
Probably yes but not much. All of them will find clubs willing to pay them more than they'd get with us in the Championship. Obviously the terms of their loan clauses states it must be 100% wages, however it's extremely unlikely that we wouldn't be willing to agree deals that would see them leave permanently or on loan again. To put it another way there's no way Roca, Kristensen, Llorente, Wober & Sinisterra ever want to step foot inside TA again if they can possibly help it. Aaronson may be different and so yes that creates uncertainty.
I’m assuming most would find clubs, but perhaps the club wouldn’t get any fee for them, whether loan or purchase. So a loss of assets, and that would be a big blow, but In truth the club can plan for that, which might be why we are not dipping into the transfer market in this window or haven’t yet. Or just possibly DF feels he has enough to do the job he was brought here to do. Truth is we have no clue what’s going on, I had low expectations regards this window, and understand most of the rumours are pure rubbish. I would have liked a couple of additions but not sure we’ll miss Spence, Hjelde and Ayling too much unless injuries were to crop up.
