    bollocks. otherwise a "dirty bulk" wouldnt work. eat all the tuna, chicken, turkey and eggs you want, see if you build muscle with little exercise.

    I love the dirty bulk. My puny frame dictates that it is the best way to go due to my fast metabolism. My way works for me but it is no fool proof way of getting big!

    See if you build muscle without any protein...

    And a dirty bulk is still your diet, and getting enough calries, carbs, protein etc is still just as important so the 70% 30% is still right whether it's lean chicken and broccoli or maccy ds an a burger

    For the pec side towards the arm and the middle do the bench press. For the top do the inclined bench press, for the bottom of the pec do the declined bench press, for the side in the middle of the chest do the fly.<ok>

    And to make sure each side is doing equal work use individual dumbells. Im currently on 30 kg each hand. You will have to work to get to this point but it becomes a great core workout if you do the presses lying on an exercise ball.

    Also train the muscles in your back as equally as possible with the fron also. If you dont and build a considerable bit of muscle on the front you are likely to be sporting the hunched knuckle dragging neanderthal pose
