Sounds like a canny turnaround for them since Schumacher has come in..

I’m struggling to think beyond 442 if we’re going to play Pritch and Clarke.

    Hume Ballard Seelt 09
    Ba Neil Ekwah Clarke

Concerned the atmosphere is going to be a bit poisonings a game we always seem to have a **** time in at home.

Schumacher was a great move for them and they are a far better side for him, dunno if it is just match day big bollocks but I just feel we are gonna pinch it.

    2-0 the lads. Jacky bits.

Up nice and early, excited nervous for the match. Still can't hear properly but that might be a good thing.

I think Stoke will sit back deep and try and frustrate us and the crowd, but they can be got at and didn't look great first half last week.

Hoping the lads get stuck right into them from the first whistle, don't let them breathe.

If watching them last week is anything to go by if we get ahead they will throw bodies up front, we can pick them off even more on the counter.

Ba to score the first, Rusyn with the second and Clarke with the third on the break second half.

    Haway me bonny lads

We've had a bad slump, but I'm hoping/expecting this is going to be the week it all starts to turn around.. Ha'way the lads.

Absolutely this. Support the club, support the young lads (especially Jobe), support the coach and see if a bit of positivity can help him turn it around get back on our way again.

    3-1. Rusyn, Jobe and Ba.

    Ha'way the lads!

I remember a bunch of young lads floundering in the old first division who scraped a result against Bristol City at Roker ...

... all of a sudden it just ignited and they were sweeping teams aside out of nowhere.

Sometimes a scrappy goal or even a fierce tackle can raise the roof and change the mood ...

... I'm going for a thunderous Hume tackle and a scrappy Rusyn goal.

    Ha'way Ha'way Ha'way!!!

No Watson or Rigg in the U18 squad today. Both could be on the bench I guess

    Thankyou RTB
All I can muster is simply “ just win”. Anyhow. Then we’ll take it from there . Hope for 3-0 though .

    Just a thought.

Neil and Mowbray both went through early phases of trying players in different positions until they worked things out. Let's hope Beale in working through the same process.

Whatever happens we have to get behind the players. None of this is at their door. No matter what the starting 11 is and the bench whether we agree with it or not the lads deserve our full support. :emoticon-0148-yes::emoticon-0165-muscl

'' Sunderland til I die" is easy enough to sing when you're winning.

Sometimes I think ‘Sunderland til it kills me’ would be more appropriate :emoticon-0102-bigsm
