I heard Sir Adam talking, the other day on TV, about the problems he's having financing Hull FC as a single investor.... By the look of him and by what he said he could be playing in the forwards next season.
I've a great respect for Adam and what he did for City, he must rue the day though getting involved with the rugby club.
100%...Great bloke... With regard to egg chasing I was discussing the forthcoming massive local derby with a Rovers fan who told me there are restrictions on the number of Rovers fans who can go because of the trouble the last time. I wonder if the sages at the Fail have mentioned this in their babbling about how great the game is.
Wonder if the police can give figures for numbers of arrests and banning orders following that? My own guess is zero.
Rovers have just put more tickets on sale which they've been issued after the game had been declared a sell out.
Won't be a sell out. Restrictions on Rovers fans, and then the tickets are over 30quid, on Sky on a Thursday night.
the initial 3750 allocation was sold out top Rovers fans - a further allocation has been offered in the East Stand - presumably to stop Rovers fans buying in other parts of the ground - presumably they don't expect Hull fans to purchase over 20k anyway
A mate of mine, a big Hull FC fan reckons the B&Ws have bought a load of rugby league equivalent of football donkeys and predicts a 'hard season', scraping around the bottom of the table...I for one, hope he's right.
I've never heard of most of them, so don't know what calibre of player they are and to be honest I don't give a ****.
