All so predictable after the rangers stint - speakman can't have bothered doing any background research on this bloke. Either poor judgement or dereliction of his duties as a d.o.f imo.
You've commented on the way he sounds loads of times. Whether you mean his accent or not it's open to interpretation.
Everything in the world is open to communication but I have been very clear. The way he speaks and how he interacts is a massive issue. Was at rangers and thought it would be here. North east people simply don't don't take to folk like that. Got to say, it's even worse than I envisaged. Outsiders, sarcastic comments, blaming players, then fans. It's been a month and the state it's in is an achievement.
Terrible person me. Let's ignore everything else because of that eh. Mate the way Beale has treated the fans with such ridiculous contempt, he and his massive ego sized mole can do one. He needs to earn his crust, not question the fans. He should be bowing down, counting his lucky starts he has this opportunity. But no. It's not his fault. It's the players, the levels, the fans, the lack of encouragement, the little budget we have, the previous manager and the way it was set up, the expectations. Frankly, I didn't think it would be possible to get large amounts of Safc fans to despise you within 4 weeks. Beale has managed it and is living up to every single concern some had with him.
He won't last the season. He may well be Speakman's pick but KLD won't stand for this if we continue losing games.
What makes this all the more frustrating for me personally and i know Mogga had a few fans that were beginning to doubt him, but as a club we still seemed to be in a decent place, the players had a bond and they was absolutely no reason at all to sack him unless we had some kind of master stroke up our sleeves. Instead we waited 2 weeks and then brought this prick in who practically picks the same lineup and formations as Mogga did anyway and the only difference hes made is making us fans feel pished off, and i cant even imagine what the players must think of him.
.that's fine but don't tell me I am wrong when I said Beale as a person would enrage fans due to his pre and post match comments. That was before he had 1 game with us and look at the state of it now
I've got nothing against people having a moan about what's he's done with the team since he came in, I personally think he's had a negative affect, I get he's tried to tighten us up at the back, but we have become even more stagnant going forward, we had so much possession against Hull yet created **** all, that is becoming the norm, very boring and predictable to defend against. I am hoping this is to do with him implementing his own style and we maybes end up being **** until everyone is singing from the same hymn sheet ( I know I'm being optimistic). However it's the personal insults I can't get my head round, he hasn't taken us by storm and playing unbelievable football, there's enough for people to complain about, but some suggesting he's a **** manager because of how he speaks or how he looks. I really hope he can turn it round, do I think he can , probably not, do I think he's helping himself with some of his comments, no. But the biggest problem he had was so many people wanted him to fail before he got the job. Even if he'd won the first 10 games, if he'd lost the 11th it would have been because he was a Cockley with a mole and he was ****e at Rangers
Northern people don't take to people like that? A massive assumption there. I could be wrong but it seems to be the fans who support Rangers that are giving him the most ****. For me Rangers have been **** for nearly two decades due to their ownership issues etc...
Not for me. He has tried to change the narrative and blame the fans to mask his own failings. Ignoring the changes against him, it's the fans, who need to support the team better. Then it's the outsiders, he doesn't listen too, the fans. Then, it's the violin coming out. I am impressed at how quickly he has lived up to his reputation. You have calm media writers basically in disbelief at Beales communication strategy. If that doesn't tell you that's it's not the way , then there is no hope.
Massive assumption that mate. From my lens, it's the vast majority of socials and IRL people. In fact I don't know anyone who thinks he is doing well on the pitch or with comments to the media. Not one single person.
The fans absolutely should be supporting the team better, a portion of them have been a disgrace. Creating a situation where the manager is being flayed alive publicly is only going to cause unrest in the squad and a **** atmosphere at the match. To be clear I'm not saying it's all the fans fault for those who see everything in black and white. A portion of it is.
Should the head coach not be doing better ? Getting the fans excited, a forward attacking team. Should he take some of the blame so far, instead of blaming players then fans then eventually himself, but then today back to the fans. Sorry like, this entire storm has been the making of Michael Beale. He has absolute form for this too.
