You can't really argue that he isn't injury prone - think he's missed something like 33% of our fixtures through injury since signing. He has been a useful player and his goalscorer when fit... If we don't cash in when we can though we'll be needing to replace him at a point where we can't generate much from selling him. And that time will be pretty soon.
You have to look at before and after Eddie Howe joined though. His staff seemed to have made a difference because last season he only missed 7 games. He's played more games than Isak since Isak joined, and his scoring record/ratio is similar. I agree long term we need better, but unless we have a great replacement lined up, we should definitely not be selling this window. Unless we are absolutely sure we have the right man, we should not be selling Wilson this window, but in the summer.

You can guarantee that if we sold Miggy people would complain about the lack of running and pressing in the team, but not admit it's because he did the majority of it. Look at the derby, bloke was EVERYWHERE!!
Exactly... you'll find it very difficult replacing that side of his game .. rare especially with fwds.
He doesn’t tackle a lot but he cuts out passes loads and wins the ball that way and he is a grafter. His decision making and delivery is affected by just how one footed he is.
He's not a very good player mate I think when he's not being called on the club will kick on. It's needs must atm and willock will see him relegated yo the bench next season which was probably this seasons plans anyway.
We'd surely massively struggle if we sold him at this late stage and didn't have a replacement. He's more or less our only option at RW as it is
Imo this is a massive game for us. We just have to get through. Out of all the cups and we really will have had the wind taken out of our sails.
What Almiron lacks in creativity he substitutes with his pressing, pace and defensive qualities which are unmatched in the rest of our squad. Almiron should be kept unless it's necessary we sell for FFP. He's a useful asset, and a good option to utilise in certain matches. He should not be our first choice but a choice to turn to nontheless.
I'm agreeing with thi but it's a difficult situaton. We can't bring in someone like Diaby by selling Murphy and Ritchie. I'd see the sale of Bruno as more essential, top player though he is. Same with the older ones, if we get good money they need to go.
Bruno is not worth 100m. His sale could bring in 2 players of similar quality, if we get the 100m that is,
Of course he's worth that ... check out Fernándes at Chelsea for example. It's possible they sign two **** players aswel btw.
I just think he's so hard to replace. Even just his personality both in game and off the pitch is a big factor
An excellent footballer that the biggest clubs in the world want, that loves playing here, wants to stay, celebrates tackles pure passion and the bloody Newcastle fans want to sell him..... bewildering ... they might aswel want Ashley back.
