No problem as he got our team to stand still. There is a difference in them wanting to win and letting them win,
A pride of lions sitting in our half and a herd of elephants in attack could work. The the saving on wages would avoid all this fair play nonsense. We would have to hire some animal experts. Visas might be a bit difficult. The ref would not be so quick to give decisions against us. Teams would be very afraid to step over the half way line. So many benefits.
WoL with a list of players we can`t get. They have been the ones linking us to these players we can`t get. Right we can`t afford anyone and those we can afford have chosen to go elsewhere. This is the news we have all been waiting for, at last we have a clear picture of who we can`t get.
It is becoming a little concerning when even the likes of Millwall (no offence to them) are making decent headway in the transfer window whilst we continue to (apparently) stumble along making next to no headway.... Pleeeeease let there be some positive news soon... At this rate we will ALL be switching to gridiron (aka rugby for girls) soon....
Another CB?................... https://the72.co.uk/2024/01/25/leed...mong-sides-keen-on-26-year-old-liverpool-man/
Would be a decent signing but geographically and probably from a potential success perspective I'd imagine we're well down the pecking order of the list of clubs supposedly interested. Plus, with the way Panzo barely got a look in, will other clubs be reluctant to send CBs to us if we don't look like breaking up the Goutas/McGuinness partnership?
Would be a good signing for us. Did well when at Bournemouth in the Championship but if Leeds and Blackburn are after him I don't hold out much hope for us. I think he would get good game time as Goutas and McGuiness are clearly tiring from the stress of playing every game and under pressure due to our lack of any quality in front of them.
