Coops is unfortunate he was having a decent little run in the first team and not looking bad before been injured
Townsend is having his first taste of first team football. Cullen is injured. Cooper is trying to break in to the form team in the country. Devitt was playing well for Bradford up to a month ago. Realistically, Cullen, Atkinson and Devitt are not going to be Championship players anytime soon so expecting anything else is unrealistic. Atkinson is way better than Plymouth, I don't know what he's doing there. He had a good spell in League One last year.
Hasn't Devitt just returned from injury too? I'm surprised we still have Atkinson expect him gone soon, as said Coops was part of the first team till injury but will have to bide his time again as the can't drop anyone as they are playing well. Disappointed for Cullen maybe it's worth him dropping a league lower and building some confidence. Think Townsend was MOM is his first game aswell.
I see Conor Townsend has extended his loan spell with the Mariners, after impressing in the last month. Sounds like another good full back in the wings.
