any actual decent right full loan options? if there's nobody available for permenant buy then having someone to play 50% of next games with Bradley would be an option. right now we know Robertson won't be seen any time in the next 3 weeks so it's gomez or bust. that means we are now Bradley or bust on the right side.
Also with noting that we are looking like having (pre-Trent injury) an almost full squad in about three weeks time, most are returning to fitness.
yeah hopefully. the Bournemouth game is 2 weeks exactly for trent so thats the vital.one. nobody on here would really care about the league Cup if Fulham go on and beat Borough in the final if we win the league.
Injuries Trent Hamstring& knee minutes 1859 Matip ACL minutes 1060 Robertson Shoulder 720 Szoboszlai Hamstring 1840 macallister knee impact injury 1450 I don't know that work load is playing a part here but we are seeing a series of muscle injuries as well as impact type injuries. Trent hasn't been able to rotate due to other injuries and now bradley is back in and fit but too late lol. Szoboszlai is another whos played a huge amount of minutes. man city are managing thier squad also. Silva is one that splayed a lot and he is on 1850mins too. foden has actually hit 2265mins already. It will be interesting to see how we can mange the players going forward and what city do as well.
NEWSSophie Roman Haug injury update please log in to view this image Sophie Roman Haug is expected to be fit for Liverpool FC Women’s visit to Manchester City Women on Sunday. The striker missed the Adobe Women’s FA Cup fourth-round win at Bristol City Women last time out due to an ankle problem, but Matt Beard believes the Reds’ top scorer will be in contention for the weekend’s match at Joie Stadium.
Salah out for next two Egypt games.....they need to beat Cape Verde in their next game to qualify (Monday night)
nah, if he'd injured there's nothing he can do but watch and hope and if they lose next one and don't make it then he only has 4 cups to try and do something in. driven people don't lose drive in adversity.
Salah on his way back to Liverpool for rehab. Egypt hope he'll fly back if they reach the SF, but I'd guess our medical team might be a bit more pessimistic about his return
today is the day. If Egypt lose to cape verde (who have won the first two games) then its more than possible they go out. ghana and Mozambique are both on 1 point (off egypt) What I see is this: If egypt lose and are 3rd on 2 points then its highly likley as theres 4 other third placed teams on 2 points or more that they go out. Egypt need no worse than a draw to scrape through possibly in 2nd place but more likely 3rd. A win obviously puts them through in 2nd place. Obviously we would like to see mo have his dream of winning the AFCON, but it looks like he is injured and could be out for 4 weeks. The final is o nthe 6th of feb which is 14 days away. Reality needs to set in if he's bad enough to come to us for treatment than there's almost no chance of being back for the later rounds. Best they go out early so the angst is removed and more damage is done from a purely selfish point of view. Its a real pity for him that its happened.
Salahs agent saying injury worse than first thought.............saying 21 to 28 days so no more afcon if true
his agent isn't one for idle mouthing. but it puts us well out there in the month if Feb to see him back.
