The Championship 23/24 Thread

The only thing bad about finishing 2nd is the lack of a trophy. I never understood why winning the playoffs is any more worthy of a trophy than getting automatic promotion by finishing 2nd, as we did in our last 4 promotions.

 

We got a trophy for the league one promotion. I remember seeing it from the pitch.

On the bright side, whatever happens we'll get the "Most possession" trophy surely this year

 

Yup have posted a pic. Not sure if we did for championship though as I wasn't there.

 

I still have (fading) hopes for the "lost at Wembley so won another season without VAR" trophy.

You know what they say about hope though

 

their results against Leeds suggest that a decent squad will show their weaknesses and we have a decent squad.

 

Always puzzled me that we didn’t get a trophy for 2nd in Championship. Might have made Cortese sweeter.

 

Thought KDH was injured. Leicesters team still looks strong despite the players they have missing. Forgot they had Choudhury. Bench is just weaker.

 

That's one of those inflatable cups they've stolen from a fan.
