I was at match on friday and heard you're getting sacked in the morning, did not realise you could hear online shouting
Not sure like mate. Don't recall many if any of our recent managers getting 'sacked in the morning' and we want you out chants like that. Even Lee Johnson after massive whoppings didn't seem to get the same hatred. Friday was very clear and leveled up since then.
So you are saying its the fans fault Beale is failing abjectly? The same fans predicted he would fail abjectly - shame speakman didn't do a better job in the 2 weeks it took him to come up with this awful non solution.
A bit more communication from the club might help. What exactly are they trying to achieve on the pitch? Vague comments from the head coach that can be taken as throwing players and coaches under the bus don't calm things down. That's just fuelling the 'bluffer' narrative.
Or when he is asked about the fans booing, clearly at him, to say that "the fans need to understand the impact they have , they need to show support for players on the pitch" Blame shifting and weak leadership.
No. The fans uninformed and ridiculous reaction to Beale, including the personal stuff about his appearance, is likely to make other candidates think twice about taking the Sunderland job.
The Bluffer was appointed by a Bluffer who needs the bluffer as a buffer so he can continue to blag in his own gig imo. This will no doubt drag on for a while yet. The players look like they've rumbled the new HC already aren't having him. A really bad run of results on way I think.
Actually it turns out the fans reacting 'ridiculously' were, in fact, better informed, because it's played out exactly like they said it would. It's absolutely clear that this isn't working. I wouldn't condone comments about his appearance, but the fact is it's a consequence of frustrations already boiling over and they're only going to get worse. When we end up finishing in the bottom third with the crowd completely toxic and back to square one, remember we had a chance to rectify this very quickly.
What's uninformed in pointing out he was mediocre at qpr - 9 wins 8 losses? Abject at rangers by their standards leaving them 3 points adrift of St mirren in 3rd place with the support aghast at him? The fact he hasn't managed a team for a full season? I'd say that's pretty well informed and only an utter cretin would suggest he was ever a good candidate to manage one of the top 25 clubs in England.
Were you in the interview panel? The last two appointments have been successes and taken us to where we need to get too. Why cant this be a success? What whispers that the players aren't getting him? are you friends with players? Or basing it on the **** you read on social media? Are you privy to the running stats and data from the game on Friday that prove they aren't responding to him? If the players aren't trying or aren't following instructions then I'm sure it will be evident in the stats.
Can’t ya see how unreasonable this hatred is though? I’d expect this from rangers fans if he went back because he lost all their key matches. I didn’t want him but I thought he should get a fair crack of the whip when he was appointed (am I being unreasonable though ?) imagine future potential candidates looking at the way we are going on with a guy who’s just joined the club. They will see a fan base who will turn on you at the flip of a coin.
Stop talking utter ****e mate. I can't be bothered with your one-sided bullshit. You make out his record at Qpr is terrible. This is qpr we are talking about. Did you expect a 100% win rate. Its Not man ****ing city. He did well enough there for wolves to want him and also rangers. Yes it went badly at rangers but who doesn't fail there and you don't know the whole story.
Alex Neil had a fairly long track record as a decent championship manager when we appointed him to run our league 1 team - can't argue. Mowbray had a very long track record as a very solid championship manager when he was appointed to stabilise us as a championship side following a recent promotion. Can you point out Beales track record that says he is likely to take us on again?
Most fans ,not all though , could see that..Its been obvious for the past three to four months that a possession of the ball to bring the oppo close with their press , then ,bang the ball between the lines or over the top to change our options and keep them guessing. As I said, Not all fans can see what is needed to change our options hence the Mags game.
Wolves didn't want him - it came out that it was agents bigging up the interest behind the scenes. Very honourable bloke is the clown you are defending blindly.
That’s my concern too, as much as I didn’t/don’t want him, if we chase him out this early we aren’t anywhere near as attractive a job as we’d like to think
Wrong - Mowbray had a similar record in his first 7 or 8 games and wasn't given much stick because he has a track record everyone could at least understand why he'd been given the job. This is a combination of things on top of Beales poor record.
