    In all honesty, I didn't put enough seasoning in it when I was mixing all the ingredients, but it was still nice. The glaze was cracking and would probably be good on spare ribs. I had the leftover meatloaf about an hour ago with a fried egg on top of it which was mega. I will make it again next week but put more flavouring in the mix. Still good though, a solid Sasa Papac 7/10.

    I do that when ever I brown the meat in a beef dish. Don't know how it would do in the prep of a meatloaf tbh. Might leave the meat powdery.

    Best way to make steak is to crush a stock cube and mix it into a little olive oil and a dash of hot water until you get a paste then brush it over the steak about 20 minutes before you sear it. You can do the same with Chicken stock cubes and chicken. Enhances the taste no end.

    Went to Fishmarket in Newhaven for lunch.

    Was alright but for an 80 quid lunch I'm expecting more. Ultimately disappointing.

    Hospitality is on it's arse due to prices like that. I understand their overheads have went up of course but folk aren't going to pay those prices. Anytime I'm out in Belfast most ****s are tourists or Stag and Hen doos.

    It could have been a lot worse tbf mate. We went along because we were told the fish and chips were excellent. They aren't and they are extremely over priced. 17 quid for a standard Haddock and chips. Standard = half a fùcking fish fillet. The large at 19 quid was a whole fillet. I had smoked haddock chowder for starters which was not great until I seasoned it myself. Who makes soup and doesn't use salt and pepper ffs.
