Got lots of family and friends in Glasgow and watched his Rangers team a few times. It wasn't good but games are often not a great spectacles in the Scottish prem. So I've tried to be positive but how we are playing at the moment is 100% down to him and his tactics. Exactly like rangers played Unfortunately I think this is a s good as it gets.
No doubt we have gone backwards and Beale is not the man to turn it around.

I agree that a lot is on Speakman. This last window has left us painfully short of goals, quality, depth.
My honest view is that a section of our fans have been disgraceful over Beale and added pressure when he should have had support and should hang their heads in shame. It’s poisonous and he looks shell shocked. But a better man would be making us better despite that. I also think in hindsight that whoever came needed some of their people. We’ve currently changed no players and have the same first team coaches and it looks samey and flat.

Hemir for Rusyn wasn't a sub I was expecting tonight, even if Beale hadn't suggested he wasn't up to par and would go out on loan before the game.

Fair play to the lad he looked the part tonight as much as he could be expected to. Good on the ball and had a shot or two.

How is it clear and day? He's had six league games. Imagine a proper striker in that team and a fit Roberts and a proper left back and some actual options off bench. Including a central midfielder? Things would be totally different. Let him at least get some players in and see what happens. I didn't think tonight was terrible. It wasn't great but it wasn't as bad as People are making out. It's not as if they cut us open at will or dominated us. They were hardly in our bloody box. It's just very frustrating but the same problems we've had all season really

People can feel what they like, how someone else feels does not affect how we interact with people we don't know, we make snap judgements and categorise people in seconds, evopsych 101.

That last part is an odd thing to say, presumably some kind of insult about parochialism being inferior to worldliness. You don't know me and I don't know you, so I'll give you a heads up, I've lived abroad, I've lived in different parts of the country, I've a foreign wife and speak a foreign language. I think I'm doing okay in terms of worldy experience.

I think he will be a great player personally, think he’s been treated really bad by Mowbray and now by Beale. He was scoring for fun in pre season and missed a chance in the first couple games and banished to the bench and a couple under 21 games. He’s a young kid and in a different country and has been great shockingly imo.

They should have backed Mowbray instead of setting him up to fail and then bring Beale in.

I agree, I thought some of the comments Mowbray made about him to the press were pretty bad. By all means chew them out in private but don't freely make negative comments about your youngest players, especially ones from abroad who need more time to settle.

It seems like the lad does have the stones to crack on though. It's not been the easiest baptism for him and I assumed he'd need time on loan from how he's been handled but it didn't look like it tonight.

Backed him? Are you joking? He’d took us as far as he could. We were going backwards under him and it was exactly how the Blackburn fans warned us.

The similarities with Rangers are quite scary with Mowbray doing well then hitting a bit of an impasse
When GVB left Rangers he'd lost his way a bit but there were some strange things going on behind the scenes. However he left them in pretty good shape similar to Mowbray. A Rangers friend says Beales time in charge was a completely lost year as far as club development goes. Very Worried thats being repeated here

Overall I think the plan makes sense and has done a lot of good. The players we signed in the summer will probably come good. None look ****, but a few aren’t first team ready. They didn’t get the balance right. It’s fine margins though. Without they Amad injury we’d probably have him again, nearly got Rollheiser had the lad form Turkey on the way. They fish in the right ponds but they have to get them over the line. Oh and shove your snowflake language up your arse.
