I defended the appointment and thought it would come good but it clearly isn't working. Our data has fell off a cliff, our performances haven't improved, players playing out of position, no creativity, strange lineups, ineffective subs, boring tactics. It just hasn't worked, and thats ok things don't work out in football all the time but the decision to sack him has to be made soon otherwise we are going to be in mid table by February. Mowbray deserved to be sacked, and so does Beale. Doing it now with an admission of getting it wrong is the only way Speakman can solve this.
Total crap that. Don't blame the players they did their best and put the effort in. The only positive I can scrounge up is Hemir looked decent. Very dispiriting to watch that was.

When we were playing badly under Mowbray I thought that questions needed to be asked and Speakman sacked him, even more questions need to be asked under Beale cos there doesn't seem to be any kind of improvement
More possession, 15 shots, 11 corners. It was a smash and grab, pure and simple. We've seen it before, but Beale doesn't have any credit in the bank so he'll get the flack. The fans golden boy Pritchard didn't deliver a good ball all night. Dreadful corners and overhit a number of balls over the back line too. Not sure how Beale can take the blame for that - though if Pritchard was dropped, the fans would obviously complain. That game was so easily winnable which is the most frustrating thing.
