That’s how I see it, why the **** does Jobe have to play every game? It should be him or Pritchard in the middle.

Ba must be proper pissed off

The only other option (now this is highly highly unlikely) is going 3421

Would mean clarke playing wingback tho

Seems a very disjointed team that, on paper anyway.

That bench is dynamite if they're played righ timo ...

... shame if people think the starting eleven could be much better tbh.

Would have preferred a natural right back playing -Pembele

Would have preferred a natural wide man playing - Ba

We look very narrow and stiff on paper.

Its my fave formation if done right, but dont think it will be this

3421 gets the best out of most of our players - possibly bar clarke

Glad Rusyn is starting but that’s a bit meh. 3 centre backs and 4 centre mids amongst 10 outfield players with a defensive RB doubling as a winger. Just looks like it’ll be sideways and slow on paper.

Ba on the right, Pritchard in the middle instead of Jobe. Players should play in their best positions

I’m assuming Pritch is on the right in this case.

Wingers are like that , there are few exceptions it generally comes with the territory .
or 3/2/3/2 , clarke and Rusyn paired up front*

Even more unlikely, could be a 3-5-2. O9, Ballard, Seelt at the back, Hume and Clarke wing backs, Neil Ekwah and Pritch in the middle, and Jobe and Rusyn up top.

I actually think Jobe is more suited to the "second striker" role if we're going to insist on playing him up top. Still, can't see it being that I don't think.
