But asking the question in his own little echo chamber (ie his followers) is going to give a skewed result. Any idiot stupid enough to follow him on X probably shares his idiotic views.
Hmm, a deeply troubled man, with a difficult childhood and probably some personal issues. I have heard a 'third hand' account that when he was at QPR and living in Kew, he was weekly training a local girls team and also a disabled/autistic childrens team with no publicity or media etc. and just doing it because he had the spare time, like all footballers have. So how do you judge someone - on the stupid things they say online or their actions - good and bad? Of all the things he could get involved in, he's been stupid to get into this discussion. My guess is that after a period of time and reflection, he'll withdraw his comments and admit some sort of psychological condition.
Whether he should have said something or not, he's entitled to have his opinion and as an ex professional perhaps more so than others. In this debate on women commenting on 'the great game', for me he's absolutely right, the culture has gone too far. Last week on the BBC I think, there was a female 'pundit' who had played for Everton Ladies 15 years ago,...!!!
I think the issue with him is more the escalation of the discussion into threats of violence, encouraging online trolling and then moving into the race discussion. Sounds like he's been sucked into that side of the online discussion topics.
He doesn't just criticise women pundits, he slags off women's football generally and refers to women's pundits as 'the lesbians'. He's an utter cock, always has been, always will be. Reality is some women pundits are good, some are rubbish, the same as the male pundits.
Probably because it was set up in a way to get the response he wanted. Also consider the sort of person following him and responding to his poll. Bit of critical analysis wouldn't go astray.
Just switched over to the end of the Sheffield Massive vs Coventry game and the home fans are throwing objects at the Coventry players and being abusive in a seemingly racially motivated manor. The sooner those ****e twats go back in the lower leagues where they belong the better
The footage didn't show the abusive fan(s) but the Coventry player was gesturing to suggest they were making 'monkey' gestures at him and possibly a 'slit throat' gesture as well as throwing objects
Brentford vs Nottm For... KLP is getting some grief on radio Nottingham about missing some chances......then Brentford score to make it 2-1... Forest just got a leveller 2-2....$hit Sounds like a good game... EDIT....Now 3-2 to Brentford... Neil Maupay scores. Just a minute...VAR , but GOAL STANDS...Radio Nottingham not happy..Hahahahahaha
