I remember Mel scoring with a thumping header against Fulham when they had Best, Moore and Marsh playing. RIP
Another '76 hero gone... I'll always remember Mel being asked if he thought Bobby's goal was offside and he replied "I couldn't give a monkey's"... R.I.P. Mel...
****ing finally!! Logic prevails at last. I'd lost count of the amount of times this has been raised and in fairness, it was so obviously the right thing to do. Even at its best St Marys atmosphere has been limited because we are essentially cutting it in half. Cannot wait to see a fully packed out northam
Watford in the cup. Great support selling 4k for that in 3 days given we've only recently been there and there's lots of aways to pay for currently.
Really regret buying my ST in the Itchen South as my nipper has wanted to go far more than I anticipated and there's no real concessions there. Just been looking at buying him a 9 game half season ticket and it works out the same price per march as mine! Not convinced he'd come to every one either so making it hard to justify. Pretty sure they'll charge me to move mine too.
If you stay in the same price band, they will move you for a one-off charge of £10 and then your son would be able to pick up a season ticket in the new area. Although if you're trying to move bands, ignore me as I'm not sure of the procedure. Source: Me, who moved blocks in the new year.
"How did that make you feel?" "Small. I couldn't reach my wellies and had to get Ross Stewart to get them down for me"
