I've got quite a few suggestions.

I'd have even more suggestions better than Beale if my full time job was to select safcs manager etc and could dedicate 40 hours a week to that. Almost all of us could but speakman has picked a bloke nobody wanted who's failed abysmally at glasgow rangers and got off to a howler here UNSURPRISINGLY to everyone bar speakman and you apparently.

Im not a beale fan at all but he hasn't got off to a howler, has it been great - no but def not a howler

We also dont sit in on the interviews so dont know who impressed the most. I was interviewing for a role in my team and everyone thought one of the guys was a shoe-ing for it as he was the stand out candidate but his interview was shocking n didn't get it. Some people will look better on paper until they are actually interviewed

Time will tell if beale is the right or wrong choice

    He is the wrong choice.
Sod the interview his record is poor to desperate and our initial viewings have been mediocre to poor. He's all wrong for safc. It couldn't be more obvious.

Maybe he will be the wrong choice n time will tell

The interview is 100% important, it is in all jobs

He has more points from his opening few games than both TM n Neil had

As i mentioned im not a beale fan but time will tell whether the club have got it right or wrong

Out of interest who do you think is right for us?

Can I just say he came in to a team doing fairly well - had just beaten Leeds and wba.
    He's gone backwards from there.
Robins, OGS, Cooper, plus another 50 I'd have taken before this chancer.

What makes him a chancer? He's coached at Chelsea, Liverpool, Rangers, Villa, and Sao Paulo. He's got a win percentage of just under 41% at QPR and 72% at Rangers. Seems pretty decent to me.

You're half right. Klopp brought two coaches with him but Pep Lijnders and John Achterberg among other members of the coaching staff were at Liverpool before Klopp.

Beale should've definitely brought a coach with him though, from what I can find he only brought one coach in when he was appointed at QPR, then took 3 coaches with him to Rangers from QPR. Maybe he is better off without them.

    Hoe is he a chancer?

Robins wouldnt come, OGS did shocking at cardiff n his style of football at united was shocking, cooper was highly unlikely to drop to the championship

Easy naming lots of people but if thry arent interested then there isnt much we can do

Rangers were 3rd. Behind st mirren by 3 points when he was sacked.
At QPR they won 9 and lost 8 - were also losing form when he left.
He hasn't finished a full 9 month season ever anywhere at 1st team level.
He was an academy coach then Gerrard assistant.
Should be nowhere near safc manager.

    Terrible record.
His choice to leave QPR because bigger clubs wanted him because he was doing so well.
Sacked by Rangers where you are expected to win the league but still won 31 games out of 43.
Was assistant to Rogerio Ceni at Sao Paulo, which shows he's got the ability to work in a different language and a different culture.
Three successful years as assistant to Gerrard.
Why shouldn't he be Sunderland manager?
He wasn't my first choice but I'm certainly not going to criticise his background and CV. That would be ridiculous.

Behind st mirren by 3 pts at rangers in 3rd place man FFS.

Didn't do a full season as head coach anywhere.

    Blagger imo.

So because St Mirren have an exceptional season he's a **** manager? That doesn't really make sense.

I could understand the criticism if he took Rangers to mid table but it's not the case. He did alright there.

It's not a new concept but a new head coach will need time. I'd hate to see us sack Beale and scrabble around for someone else. Fortunately we've got too much sense to even consider it. We hired him for a reason and that wasn't because he was cheap.

And here we are two weeks on, still setting up and performing as we were under Mowbray.

Meanwhile, more and more teams are sussing us out.

How much do youse think KLD and co have spent on purchasing the club, and say if it was up for sale for 130m how much he would make? would youse be angry if he sold to a middle easten consortium ?
and if he was to sell, how long would it be until he went back for marseille

i think giving time he would have us back in the prem and midtable

If there was a quick easy fix to fly up the leagues and immediately compete at mid table in the premier league everyone would do it, I fully believe we will get there but it may well take upwards of 5 years

    Yes, I would be angry.
He will have us back in the Prem and what's more, we'll be run properly. It's just a matter of patience.
