Like the companies who claim "everyone's a leader" yet have layers upon layers of middle management.

Slater telling Tufan what he's supposed to be doing is a prime example of why proper captains should, and will continue to, exist.

I'm sure Schumacher invited Battiston to his wedding and they became good friends. I hope Battiston pissed in the wine.

I recall a Jock comedian who called himself 'Bing Hitler'....He actually went on to make it very big in the U.S. under his real name: Craig Ferguson.

I knew Craig well back in the late 70's,fantastic drummer.I was in a punk rock band with him and I was a singer/guitarist...

They always say the front man in a band gets the women? He ended up with Sharon Stone and Fiona Fullerton:emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm

Glasgow boy done well then.....I knew he was a late night presenter in the U.S on one of the major networks for many years. Became a U.S. citizen. I thunk James Corden took his slot....

It’s also a prime example of not everyone’s a winger, and why Tufan shouldn’t really be playing there.

Just finally faced watching the 'highlights' from Friday. Compounded my frustration over the near assault on Connolly and Coyle, and of course Barnes fouled Jacob before the first goal, but our defending on both goals was awful. Poor from Greaves and Vaughan on the cross for the second. I still don't think Greaves is very good in the air and at the moment Vaughan looks far too naive and not strong enough. I really think despite our lack of depth he needs a loan away to help him develop.

Interesting 1904 podcast. Keith Hackett reckons Gunn should have been booked at least and possibly red carded. And their left back should have walked. Just like my thinking. Knew I was right.

Standards are **** and going further down the pan.

If that was an outfield player that made that challenge I don’t think that conversation would be happening, he’d have been straight off.

And I really can’t understand why a yellow was given. What did he give the foul for? An elbow to the face is a red, it’s not even subjective.

They were both straight reds. Don't see how there could be any debate.

I'm really surprised that there hasn't been more criticism from the club over it.
