Thats nonsense btw. Allardyce lost loads in first 10 games and things only changed in January when he brought Kone, kirchoff and Kazri. Players made a massive difference. Beale hasn't brought anyone in yet and has.had a month

Let's just see where we are nearer the end of the season play offs has to be a minimum requirement as they've said we need to improve year on year. If it looks like we ain't gonna get play offs he needs to go there and then.

Not having that at all mate. How did he run out of ideas. We were less than 3 points from top 6 when he was sacked.

Hows that running out of ideas?

I said we were rubbish for several months. You could see the tactical changes from game one though.

Beale hasn't changed a single thing about how we play.

Yeah, we could do with someone to hold it up and someone who is a physical presence in the box. I think that's why the wingers are often slow to cross. I think Rusyn could be our main striker but we need to play a game in which we're playing the ball into space behind the defence for him to run onto. Or utilising his clever movement.

We were being sussed by an increasing number of teams. Stop Clarke and Roberts and wait for the chances to be given away.

As long as we keep Harvey, can find alternative to Speakman.

Kind of what's happening still, just double up on Clarke and we are struggling. The front 3 should really interchange every 20 mins or so swap wings and be more direct least you're giving the opposition something to think about.

Same players, same set up, same substitutions same results, and in his final 10 games were relegation form, your arguing that Beale hasn't improved us but we are level on points with 6th place and 3 points off it when TM left, so he's got us closer to top 6.
I didn't want Beale and don't think he is the answer to improve us but I don't think keeping TM was the answer either. I was prepared to give Beale the benefit of the doubt as I didn't know enough about him, after today my patience is wearing thin.
I still think TM should have gone I just thought the club would have had someone capable of coming in.
I think there were problems with TM behind the scenes which were starting to fester.
Like I say I don't think Beale has been any better or worse than TM , I think we needed someone better than them both

Look im not Beale's biggest fan but we cant say the gamble has failed already

Are there signs of concern, yes to some there is but we cant say hes failed yet. Time might prove his doubters wrong or he might just deliver n surprise us.

It def hasnt failed yet tho

Were waffling on here but its pretty obvious from the summer and not signing an experienced CDM and striker we didnt even consider promotion, but us fans are expected to still keep pumping money in the club.

It doesn't take a genius to know a lad that was playing for West ham U23s a year ago and a young local lad playing alonside him and then wonder why we cant show authority in the middle of the pitch and even when we do get the ball near the opposition half we have no one to have a natural instinct or even a striker for that matter.

Please dont tell me about this model again, its painful

Yeah he had an opinion so he was sacked. His opinion is what most of us fans also think
