The days in the training pitch excuse doesn't work when he comes out before the game and says the week has gone well, only for the players to produce a performance identical to what we saw under Mowbray.

It's just a disaster tbh. He's shown absolutely nothing since joining. Dodds changed more in a week.

 

I don't hear the "coach speak" but he is very quick to blame others and take no responsibility, I can't see that going down well with the squad

 

No offence mate, but I reckon that is nonsense.

What is important is if he connects with players, not fans. We are far too precious these days as fans wanting to communicate with coaches. It has zero impact on performance or results. If fans want coaches gone because of their language then the game really is done. We are there to roar the buggers on, not twist on about the way the coach speaks. Sorry, but it did my head in with LJ and I wont be convinced otherwise.

Probably been said, but the Pritchard sub didnt look good. Not a sign I like to see. Dont mind passion and Pritcg cares, but I can see that being used as a sign of a rift.

Correct mate. It’s the same with Ba though. I know I’m banging a drum but what kind of confidence does a young lad take from being dropped when he plays well, vilified if he makes a mistake and the receiving little to no praise when he’s doing well and gets subbed first.

Rusyn looked good against Preston was a real handful done everything right and got his goal then gets dropped for someone who’s in no way shape or form a striker. It has to be demoralising.

 

But you’re also saying our players are not at the right level. If you listen he does own his subs. Tactical decisions yes they matter but you’re getting too hateful about the person.

 

Do you think he is connecting ? Prichard sub? Calling the players " not up to the level, honest conversations needed" then today with AA after the match , after he brought him on wide right and wanted him to track one of the next left backs in the league ?

I don't see it connect. The player are running less and we are conceding more goals.

 

Whatever we all think about Beale, tactics and subs etc.., one thing is pretty crucial now imo and that's the first goal on Friday night. Hopefully its us who get it.

 

I agree on that. We maybe should have scored 3. I’d argue they should have scored 4.

Sorry, was at the match so judging it on what I saw. Didn't leave at half time, nor did I turn the telly off when we went behind.

There with my bairn, supporting the team. Personally thought we were decent. Their fans agreed that we were equal to them.

Funny that the stats back you up this week. Next time we have good stats versus the opposition you'll be claiming that the stats aren't a true reflection of the game.

He is an attacking midfielder and not a defensive one , stick O/9 in between Ekwah and Dan, and we have a midfield worthy of top 6 no problem.

XG is flawed as you could miss a pen and keeper saves rebound and would rocket your XG.
