Was Jobe playing up front? Looked to me like he was really deep. We had no outball at all apart from Clarke and Ba running.

.Rusyn will be wide left when Clarke goes. Clear to me anyway. We don't have a 9. Still.

Recruitment from last season to this has been poor in my opinion. Not 1 player has convinced they are up to it, other than Jobe, and he is hit and miss like 18 year olds are. We are poorer than last season because of recruitment not coaching.

People can say they havent had a chance. Chances arent given out for free. You earn them. None of these new players have earned a chance sadly.

Mowbray didn't have us in relegation form, we where having a blip which is to be expected with such a young imbalanced squad

Really fair points here. Fully agree.

This plus the Beale appointment really puts Speakman under the microscope for me.

he didn’t blame him as such. I don’t think he said a lot wrong.

The concern is whether what he says in coaching / in game is right. But he ain’t got a full deck to play with. That’s for sure.

I think there’s more pressure on the exec to sort **** out .

Yeah that's what I mean mate. We aren't fighting of relegation so like you say, more if we were down there, but around the play offs, we should see what's what sooner rather than later. It all boils down to money.

What about the 12 or so he signed in the summer ? I’m always the optimist and think he did recruit well up until last summer, of the signings I would say only Jobe & Seelt are successful this far, we need players 1st team ready, 90% of last summers are not good enough yet

Rusyn, Seelt, Mayenda. All three signed in the summer, looked pretty good when played but get dropped for no apparent reason. Nobody can tell me Rusyn didn't deserve to start today.

Well my take Much more organised but look like we are playing to numbers everything very deliberate keeping a shape but lacking any urgency or pace or just something a bit different. Definitely getting used to systems with and without the ball but its stifling any spontaneity at the minute. Hope this explains the lack of pace and urgency and its not part of the coaching. Could have won that tonight and at least should have had a draw. but we didn't so pressure mounts.
People don't like it but we need to be patient and give it time the team needs our support. Hopefully Beale can pull it all together We'll see soon enough

Are you judging Beale on the 5 games he's managed, or on his previous endeavours at Rangers? I'm finding it hard to understand the levels of hatred for the bloke

Be honest - is it the mole on his face?

Its not about stats mate, the whole feel of the club just feels so wrong right now. New manager and despite some positive signs he randomly froze Rusyn out today. Our weaknesses are also so obvious aswell with the lack of investment in experience within the squad.

Could argue that we’d be a better team with some of them starting regularly though. We can blame the recruitment for not being good enough but most of the players on that list aren’t getting a chance so it’s the regulars who are letting us down.

    It's his previous experience.
    The way he speaks.
    The lack of man management.
    What I have observed.
His press conferences and throwing players under the bus each one.
Frankly, zero connection, whenever he speaks I feel annoyed and no link to safc or our project.

    And his mole.

None got a proper chance with TM either , may be Mayenda got more but got dropped for the pedigree that Burstpipe brings
