The squad is imbalanced, we don't have the experienced heads to calm things down.

We have players learning on the job in one of the hardest leagues in the world

Not sure mate, have they been used right or enough to judge? Would they have been good signings was the side more balanced?

I mean Burstow is absolute **** I’ll accept that one.

I've said before on a thread that I wait and see after 10 games, by 10 games we should either see some kind of change or at least see what's the manager is trying to put in place, mate.

I cant be arsed reading it back mate, however im unsure why you felt it was time for Mogga to leave when we have not improved and now have a full squad of players and fans trying to adapt to a manager neither of us wanted, but hey ho i can see your getting frustrated so well leave it at that

Or due to the imbalance there’s no way of fitting them into a system.

Hemir looked good pre season then Mogga destroyed his confidence after one game

We won 2 or 3 games in Mowbrays first 10 or something and they were against teams who got relegated

He say anything about not starting the only striker who has scored? I want to back Beale but decisions like that are crazy

Rusyn. Seelt. Jobe. Mayenda. Semedo. Triantis. Dack. Pembele. Aouchiche. Bishop. Burstow (loan).

Who’s contributed? Overall it was a terrible transfer window imo. Mostly just bairns who aren’t ready.

No, I never said that and haven't ever said that. What i would say is the previous coach had us playing well above ourselves

I agree with that, probably more games if we were toasty crap before he came, as it is we weren’t firing on all cylinders but had a decent base to build, barring a natural ready to go striker

We play with zero strikers. We signed 4.

Why couldn't we play with a single striker? There is no imbalance. They just don't rate them. That's why they are playing a 18 year old CM as a number 9 , whilst the others are sitting picking up a wage on the bench.

His decision apparently. Jobe is a striker. So he picked him instead.

I just said in another post I’m not sure of even Rusyn at 9. Love his work rate but doesn’t seem ready to crack weekly goals in. None are but I’d play Burstow because he seems more of a 9 albeit a poor one or Mayenda for pace alone.
As a general comment I think our recruitment approach is worth sticking with but we need enough horses for courses. For all the good they do, we end up with an obvious gap and weakness each window. Isn’t that what the window is for? Filling them? Did anyone know in summer a lack of goals and a mismatch at the anchor of midfield would cause us issues? I know I did. Hopefully we end this window with a strong 11 with adequate cover in each position.
