I dont mind the 'model'. But we need to make some exceptions in order to keep us ticking over. Buy a cm to do the dirty work in midfield. And a striker to leave bruises on the centre backs. Just to take the pressure off and over reliance on the younger players.

Alese is a CB as well.

He’s too big to play LB and is potentially a monster of a CB

Thanks on everyone's mate Speakman though.

He rocked the boat in May. Didn't get it sorted since.

i disagree it would be greener if the made the right appointment, still early but, can sunderland really not attract better gaffers then mowbray and beale

we don't look up for it we look slow passing is slow, movement is slow, passing from the back is slow

    it's slow as ****

Cb is the position he has always played, why we don't even try and play him there is beyond me

Absolutely spot on mate and yet some of us have been pulled up constantly for weeks now for saying how we feel.

Everything within our club feels so wrong right now and its becoming majorly concerning and very disheartening for our future.

Ipswich now have the double over us now despite being in L1 last season, barely get over 25k fans and are challenging for top 2..... Tells its own story.

Also offers balance with being left footed. Maybe tempted to play 3 at the back seelt ballard and alese. 3 absolute beasts

That’s what I’d be looking at mate. A variation of that.

Seelt was looking smart. Aye back on the bench lad.

The squad is imbalanced, a blind man can see it, but anyone daring to mention it is hammered
