Well. That was utterly fantastic

Massive Saints, just massive. A very impressive performance & win. A lot of contenders for motm but said after, got to give to RM. Got everything spot on. Hats off RM.

 

Ryan Fraser was superb, all the more impressive considering he looked understandably petrified every time their big number 5 got near him

 

Back to 3rd, but we are flying and nipping at Ipswich’s heels.

This is most un-saints like and very confusing. I've driven home with Mini Lincoln and not had anything to whinge about. I've been nice to Mrs Lincoln and even agreed to do a DIY project. This doesn't feel right at all.

 

But now our GD is better than theirs which might come in handy!!

Anyone know what Facebook’s favourite “he’s rubbish and never shown anything”, 21 year old Mara’s minutes to goals ratio is this season?

 

Much improved. Good movement, showing for the ball and forward runs

 

Got to say my favourite moment of the afternoon was Adarma squaring the ball for Mara to score when he could have gone for goal himself. Very selfless.

 

I said that to my mate immediately after the goal. He could have taken a shot and 'probably' scored, but he could see Mara with an open goal and literally gave him a goal. That is team spirit.

I was thinking that during the game, every player seems to love playing and seems to love their mates that they play with. they seem like one big happy family.

So pleased he got his goal today too. He works so hard for the team and is almost always involved heavily in all our goals even if he’s not the one putting it in the back of the net.

Im going to start betting on Ipswich to win every weekend. That will scupper them.
