    Same here

I do think o9 should have done better for the goal (im not one who blames him for every goal) but the deflection clearly knocked him off balance n him n ballard were slow to react. O9 has also had 1 class block as well

Ba looks more like the player we saw at the start of the season

That's a bit of a bug bear with me. Both Alese and Ekwah are built like brick **** houses and don't use their physique like they should

Surely this is exactly what he's being asked to do? Dropping deep and pulling defenders out of position for others to exploit space behind.

I'm not suggesting it's working or he's doing it particularly well, but using him as an orthodox number 9 doesn't make much sense.

Jackson's goal showed us exactly what is missing from our team. He took a strikers gamble off the back of the defender and finished brilliantly. I think we need another one in this month.

I think Alese is a nice lad, but then again so was LON in his first couple of seasons here, if he can add more bite to his game he will be lethal.

A few issues to address, like Alese standing off too much, but we look capable of troubling their defence. Clarke needs to take on the lad who was booked, the referee has been good imo and could send him off.

I think Beale has done well, with his tactics, and will try to take all three points with a striker on 60 minutes.

all ekwah is missing to his game is abit of urgency and he would be about 100x the player he is, has everything but just looks half arsed

Keep it solid and tight the first 15 then I'd like to see Rusyn.

Looked to me like the point is that he and Pritch are supposed to rotate. I thought he's looked decent apart from on a couple of times he seems to have been sleeping.

I’d say that highlights our good and bad. Wide players looking threatening, fair play to Ba, nice football from midfield.
Missing a striker, their goal came from a hole in cdm, missing a left back.
There’s something in me saying get Burstow on as unpopular as that may be, in the absence of better, slightly more physically strong than Rusyn. Either way I’d change Jobe. He’s not doing badly but Pritchard needs a striker ahead of him.

Maybe he has but when ive coached players to drop deep from the no9 position you normally say dont drop past a certain mark. I think hes dropped too deep on too many occasions.

I think hes dropping deep too early as well, so dropping before the runners can get beyond him so just crowds out the middle of the pitch

He actually leads the line well and a couple of his runs inbehind have been timed very well so need to do that more often

More often than not deflections root players to the spot for a second, how often do you see a keeper frozen in place while the ball rolls slowly in, when in theory they had plenty of time to stroll over and pick it up.

One of them where it'll divide opinion but I don't blame the CBs much for that one. Takes the brain a second to process a huge deflection like that which luckily for them was also a perfect through ball.

I am def not in the blame o9 for every goal camp, in fact ive stood up for him a lot this season but his body position is all wrong for the goal

He has got to be facing towards the middle rather than facing the player, it might not have made a difference but he would have been able to react quicker to it if he was

    Hes actually played well though

Pretty even game so far. Feel like we're not at our best tho. First 10 mins we looked really good. I think we are too predictable at times.

We pick the pace up and this is ours, they aren't comfortable when they are pressed

Aye i get that but just put a post up there to say he is facing the wrong way, hes got to be facing towards the space between him n ballard. Block that space between them

As mentioned tho hes played well so far n also saved us conceding with a brilliant block

I would also say travis had far too much time on the ball to pick out the pass tho
