We won't have that team starting in a million years. Rico playing in the hole and Sess on the wing? I don't think so. For me I would go with: Westwood O'Shea - Brown (C) - Turner - Bardsley Larsson - Cattermole - Colback - Sessegnon Ji - Bendtner Then several attacking options on the bench: Gardner, Noble, Richardson and likes of Vaughn too.
Attacking options on the bench won't win you matches. Cattermole and Colback together against quality teams when we are up against it - yes I would agree; but, on saturday we need to go out there and wallop Wigan, hit them early and destroy them! in which case we need attacking options on the field at that means Richardson or Gardner in the centre of midfield with a licence to go forward - Meyler, Catts or Colback sitting in front of the back four. Whether it is Ji or Noble, either would benefit from the confidence given to them by starting the game, I dont mind which. Come on FFS lets go for it!!!

No chance of Noble playing lads as we all want to give him a try, plus he hasn't had time to gel with the team yet and has done about 11 miles so will be tired and on the bench.

That's got my vote, not 100% sure about Ricco in the middle but it could be a good game to play him there.
I watched the game on LiverpoolFC TV, Nathan Eccleston for Liverpool is ridiculously good! To be fair Noble's goal was only a penalty, and he did nothing else in the whole game, but I still rate him.
Past predicting teams what he may play, as seldom does anyone get it right. But any team that includes Elmo, or a Catts/Colback partnership is doomed... Noble scored again, don't mean jack ****e to him. But we have to play two strikers so who will be the 2nd one? Probably Ji or Sess..Noble sat on his arse again waiting and waiting for his chance.
Not bothered if Noble starts, as long as it's a genuine 4-4-2. But please no more Richardson or Elmo, both no where near good enoughfor the first team. And please split up Cattermole and Colback dont need both in at home. So back 4 picks itself, across middle Larsson,vaughn, Catts or Colback, Sess, up front Bentdtner and Ji or Noble.Probably go for Ji as he has more of a physical presence than Noble, but wouldnt be upset either way
