Would be nice,I’m not so sure it will be straightforward but I’ll stay positive.A hard fought 2-1 win. COYB!!!
This will be a tough game. They’ve beaten both Leeds and West Brom recently (albeit at home). Hopefully the defeat to Newcastle in the FA Cup doesn’t make them come out all guns blazing. I’ll be positive and predict a gutsy 1-0 win to Town.
Ristac, as our senior member on this Ipswich forum, may I politely ask you to leave us to enjoy our own chats in this remarkable season for us, punching way above our weight. And we look forward to seeing where both our teams finish at the end of season.
I did watch bits of the Sunderland Newcastle fa cup game. It was a bit of a eye opener. Hopefully 2 1 home win.
The gap between the premier league and championship has never been bigger, imo. These premier league players all seem to be big strong and very quick athletes. The pace of the game is what really caught us out. We couldn’t live with it. Last month, I would have expected you to beat us. The form of our teams closes that gap a little. I have a feeling this game will finish a draw. I’d be delighted with a point, tbh.
it did seem a proper cup tie, and worryingly, they looked head & shoulders above you (as were the other premiership v championship games ) I was hoping one of the hudders players was going to launch one of the city players into row Z the way they were tippy tapping about the penalty area. we need a win. another delightful kick off time for your traveling support.
Got to get back on track, i havent heard any news updates on the injured players or those missing due to the virus but i expect the new boys to figure, wheres Morsy when you need him.
More importantly (but less hopefully)come on you Wendies! (Oh,and Cardiff!) But most importantly COYB!!!!
Coventry trounce Leicester 3-1, player sent off, as is their manager. Tasty for their visit to Ipswich!
