Nope I can’t and won’t. If the poster believes that first comment he must be about 12. I also don’t think it’s going the OP wanted it to. Not everyone is going to be as geet good as me though. For some obscure reason, this has tipped a few people over the edge, but they must have been teetering anyhow. There a few posters just starting different threads about the same subject all of the time. They won’t be happy till someone has been hung drawn and quartered.
The tickets you have were due to be for me and Mrs Smug but work got in the way ... ... it's great that such a canny supporter will be there in my place. Sing a song for me and tell your daughter Uncle Smug sends his best wishes ... Ha'way the Lads & Lasses.
Even more thanks then - we will be singing for you.(mind you I am no Frank Sinatra - that's why accountancy beat the show biz career)
There'll be a few of my mates, including a retired accountant, at the Locomotive Social Club, before the match. There's a table booked, under the name Mr Wakefield, and it's a lovely little place, I was there last time. You'd be more than welcome mate. please log in to view this image
You're quite right tbh mate, I just can't believe the hatred towards our club at times. I know we're not perfect, or challenging Man City, but ffs it's a few minutes since I stood at Accrington seeing us losing and getting soaked.
Rochdale away at the Crown Oil Arena was special. We were next their 'ultras' () when Honeyman got the winner. Who wouldn't want to go back to those glory days
I was in that section mate, with Marcus or Prehab or someone else ... I'd had a few tbh. I couldn't believe I'd gone from 7th in the PL to Rochdale in L9
As far as I can tell the BCB incident was a prank by some Newcastle fans taking advantage of some slack security on our part. Fair play to them it was a good one and has had a lasting effect. Personally once I got a handle on it I wasn't bothered and the 'derby' defeat didn't faze me at all. It would have done before their takeover but that ship has sailed.
I’d say around 40% of posters on that site are rational currently. The other 60 are aggressively miserable. In order to get the good bits I have 77 on ignore which is ridiculous but it’s keeping my head right.
I have a login but only ever post/pm if it's helping someone with tickets, etc ... ... if I was sussed there'd be an avalanche of weirdo posts who hate me because I'm always optimistic and hope for the best. Why any Sunderland supporter wouldn't hope for the best is a fkn mystery tbh.
Got it in one mate. He's a really good bloke and a great supporter. Sounds like you already know him, or your brother does.
Ridiculous OTT nonsense, that’s the trouble with a lot on there .Their might be a bit of validity in a post but it’s clouded by absolute ludicrous over reaction which the f#ckwits pile onto ruining the threads.
Why. I am quite happy for these people to bail out and support another team. Do any of these actually attend the matches? Do they know something we dont like who is stepping up the breach if KLD decides to bail out? I wish they would just go to their rooms and do their homework ready for school next day. I avoid RTG as it is similar to T.K Maxx in that you have to search thru fkn boatloads of sh*te to find something decent.
You do right to avoid it mate,it's infested with Mags and has no representation of our genuine fans whatsoever. I'd be very disappointed in anyone at our club who took the slightest notice of it. There's a good representation of our fanbase on here....older,not so older and the younger, who are able to discuss the issues. Yes,we have some confrontations at times as passions run a little high, but overall, this is a good place for our proper fans to talk to each other in sensible and intelligent debate.
