Kick off time scuppered my plans. Always try and come to your place, have some good pals as season ticket holders and is always a canny day out.

Head is saying a draw would be a good result, heart is saying we will beat them.

Has the potential to be a really good game of attacking football

Matete in the squad tomorrow I see. Good for the lad, but jury is out as to whether he's Championship standard

I'd like to see Pritchard central, Jobe rested and Ba on the right but I expect to see the same team as against the mags if everyone is fit.

    Going for 0-2

I’m with Top Cat on this one don’t think he showed much in league 1 so I’m not he’ll cut it in the championship

I think back to when we signed him. Was having a good run at Fleetwood and was catching the eye of quite a few clubs. He was a dominant, athletic player at Fleetwood who covered loads of ground. He made a few appearances in the second half of our promotion season and I did think we had found a player. He wasnt the finished article in possession but he wasnt half difficult to play against. I thought he would stay here last season tbh, but Plymouth would have been a decent experience and hopefully he is a year more mature in possession. I know he drifted out of their side. I would like to see him here for the remainder of this season to see what Beale and the coaches think of him. He could be a pretty decent option off the bench when we are flagging in CM, or maybe even more. Worth another chance for me anyway.

He was one of our stand out performers pre season before his injury

Ipswich were flying however once it got to Xmas squad depth, injuries etc would always take hold. Southampton have been on a good run and caught them. I honestly believe as we did last season go on a major run and push all the way and be in the inform team going into the playoffs. Now the games are back to once a week also gives chance to regroup and go again. Between ourselves and Leeds for 3rd and 4th. I'm going 1-2 win.

This is unbelievable confidence haha. You reckon we'll close a 15 point gap and overtake Ipswich? Can't see it myself but hope you're right!

Just feel they're falling off the wagon look at how quickly Southampton have closed rhe gap. I think we will kick on from now and have an unbelievable second half of the season. After all they've said its all about progressing. I'm always super positive haha.
