    Actress Georgina Hale has died aged 80, she was a bit of a heartthrob in the 70's in the Sweeney movie and McVicar, but is probably better known now for her more recent roles in Emmerdale and Hollyoaks...

    Annie Nightingale, 83 - employed as the token woman DJ by the beeb, she was never 'token'. RIP Annie, up there rocking it with The Ramones.

    As we know, there was some horrible characters employed by the BBC as radio DJs in the Sixties and Seventies.


    Annie wasn't one of them.

    do you know where the list of kr players with numbers is? one of their 1950s players died a few years ago and probably didn't get a mention.

    cheers, i'd looked on there, but details were lacking. it's weird how there isn't a compehensive r.l. site in the way there is for football. or perhaps it's just well hidden.
