Hard to know. Were him and Azaz wanted prior to Liam coming in, and he sees it differently. We allegedly matched the £2.5m offer for Azaz, so hopefully funding is there. The Stoke manager took Cundle to Plymouth on loan, so probably has a good relationship with both the player and Wolves. Also, Stoke is a lot closer to Wolverhamabad where he lives than Bristol is.
Two targets and both gone elsewhere or is it smokescreens ? -however I must say I thought signings would have been in by now.

We've signed 2 kids. Others sign Championship players. Have I got it right that our best players were signed by Pearson ?..........Knight, James, Pring, Dickie and Sykes. This is not bigging up Pearson, just highlighting a better transfer policy than buying kids. We still have 3 weeks for JL to dig deep.
If my memory serves me correctly our January transfer signings are mostly way behind what other clubs manage in the boosting of their squads. Looking at the overall picture we seem to do one of 2 things and they are signing no name players or just missing out to better destinations because of who we are. I fail to understand why we are constantly saying that this will be our season when our players, both new and old, never seem to meet the criteria of being Championship ready and able to manage sustainability at least. We appear to be FFP acceptable even with the horrors of our past pay packets but now seem to run scared at every opportunity and tend to use it as our main excuse for apathy. I wouldn't be at all surprised if our dealings are done and dusted and we are not able to bring decent talent to Ashton Gate because we are not a destination for hungry and talented players unless they are from a lower division and can't meet the demands of higher level football. Excuses are promises not met as far as I'm concerned but in fairness we are very good at that side of business.
just posting the factual evidence so as to make your own [ thats anybody own ] opinion I was was very sorry to see him go , a few that I commented on over the years came good .. all be it in a different league higher or lower .. Mo EISA at 28 years old got his first international call up and scored has played twice I think...
seriously you have never come across that...................... IMHO I would have thought you should know that!!! ............. its seasonal BTW
I thought Pring was signed as a kid during LJ’s tenure, but the rest were definitely Pearson signings
