    They used to play two days in a row at Christmas, even whilst a lot on here have been going.And that involved a lot of travelling.They would already be there. Softies.

    I remember it well. In the 65/66 season we played Millwall home and away on successive days. We also played Friday Saturday then Monday over Easter at that time.
