Possibly. I haven't said women shouldn't do it. I've said that whoever does it should be there because they have the required attributes. A lot of the blokes should be binned off, but they are mainly there because they at least have experience of the game in question. The women's game is still at a school level, so they are quite obviously selected for other reasons.
