Fans and commentators need to stop speculating and leave it to Farke and Cresswell. If Charlie is good enough (for a Leeds career) then he'll have to earn it. Meslier Struijk Shackleton Gray Summerville Joseph Every one of those are great examples of just getting on with it.

It's been widely reported that Summerville had a bit of attitude when he first arrived. It took him a while to 'just get on with it'. That's why you give young players time to mature.
