I need someone who knows the field... I'm getting masculine... and FAT.I'm slightly mispositioned, the sides of my pecks are good but the top and bottom look stupid, I have one good neck muscle (trap) and one normal one I ****ed up... what can I do?
To get well rounded pecs I would do Chest Presses and Fly Presses with free weights. If you wish to incorporate Traps then probably do some clean jerks (I am being clean here)
Not a fan of kettlebells. I would stick with dumbells and barbells. If you want, I can give you my routine which has given me some good gains (in weights and size).
Coming into this with very little knowledge, but what th eproblem maybe is technique rather than the actual excercises etc. Seen so many guys start weights to bulk up and become odd. Almost always boils down to 'knowing it all'. Most people have a strong side and a weaker side, doing the excercise wrongly means you compensate working some bits more than others. The lifting of a heavy weight isnt as important as sitting/standing/lying right and focussing on specific muscle groups Sorry if thats not you and i am not having a rant/go My advice would always be to get someone who knows to literally walk you through an excercise plan. The plan has to be inclusive though, just because you want biceps doesnt mean you ignore your calves and learn about the muscle groups
Do not worry about that. To begin with, hit the weights hard and make sure you eat lots. When pounding the weights you want to be eating 6 good meals a day looking to hitting 3500 calories. Your body needs all it can get to repair and grow. Eventually you can go on a "cut" and lose the excess fat. This is no quick thing. It could take a year if not longer to get what you want but depends on your goals and body type really. Will inbox you my routine though
Keep on eating and putting on weight untill you become so depressed that you don't want to live any longer. When you get to that stage post a thread here asking the best ways of committing suicide
Dont know where you are located mate, but if you want to save yourself a few quid try a 'loot' or similar Always have loads of weight/excercise gear and going cheap Its the most bought stuff that never gets used, some right bargains out there, in brilliant condition too if you ok with secon hand and have a car
