I’m confused. However it’s fair to say that a Done Deals thread on its own would have been very short come the end of January
Andy Scott's record of signing players at Forest was quite prolific. Nearly all duds, but never mind the quality feel the width.
According to CL, Bakinson is ours! OURS!! You hear me. Doubters gonn doubt, but already we have a stronger squad than we did last week.
I read that 16 players have made their debuts with us so far. So much for loan signings and stability.
Two signings yesterday, both probably too late to appear at Port Vale. At the end of the day, they are now our players, so I wish them both the best of luck. Tyreeq sounds as if he will add a bit of physicality to our midfield. Fiorini seems to have done okay at Blackpool. And three days ago, I'd never heard of either of them. I will add though, that I hope they are fit enough to start. If they need a month to get up to match speed, they are not what we need. Time will tell.
This would be excellent IF it happens and would be by far SE7’s best signing since they took over. Don’t know how close it is, but certainly it’s not necessarily that close. Posh accepting our offer is only the start of the process and until JCH agrees terms there’s nothing to stop other clubs matching or bettering our offer and giving him better personal terms. I’d imagine if the likes of Derby or Bolton came in for him he’ll be more likely to agree to join them, but let’s see where we are on…….
Perhaps have one eye on that Leaburn may be off in the summer, plus Alfie's injury be worse than first thought. Not even on the bench today.
I have heard neither has played much lately, I'm guessing due to injuries? If so, it's the same old same old. What happened to all that talk in the summer? CAFC merely continues on a downward course into obscurity and exile. I'm past hoping that it's just a coincidence.
Exactly. The only way we'll get JCH is if nobody else wants him. And how likely is that. Once again the Club is indulging in making itself look busy trying to do deals that will never come off. Are fans not sick and tired of this crap by now?
Lewis Fiorini will need months to ease him back into first-team action after his injury problems according to Apples. Sounds like he's really got the hang of how our club works.
A f****** joke shop. Even if Harris comes in this will be offset by either Blackett-Taylor or Dobson going. This window will see bodies replaced rather than team strengthening. IF we have a genuine decent January it will mean these pricks are bottling it and can see a relegation fight.
