I just woke up to the score of 1-1. Well done City and I'm sure the 9000 travelling supporters enjoyed the result even more. It wasn't on TV over here and Ann tried to find it for me but she got the message that it was the only cup match involving a Premier club that didn't have any coverage but we might get a mention on the highlights package. Snotty TV who ignore us at their peril.

Best result for years. WHU in great form, at home and had a full strength team. To get a draw is an incredible effort

1 good save, 1 he didn't know anything about.

Hesitation for their goal, same 2nd half and TGH let him know big time

Great second half performance and a well worked goal.
I think West Ham haven’t conceded in 4 games so that’s great.
Well done Liam and the lads. Our fans sounded in great voice too!!

Not picking on O’Leary but I thought he might have done better for their goal even though it was well taken
    His positioning was all wrong

Max not have made a wonder save in the first half which would have given West Ham a 2 goal lead and imo game over..imo

He just doesn’t give me any confidence
Yes he makes good saves at times but he also looks shaky in equal measure

He didn’t have much chance, Dickie and Pring were ball watching, allowing Bowen to get in between them comfortably.
I’m surprised Redprintt didn’t comment on that… oh, of course, it wasn’t Franz.

His decision making when having control of the ball is quite often shocking in the extreme because he puts the players closest to him under unwarranted pressure. This business of building from the back means we mess around our penalty area with passes back and across the field that can, and often does, lead to errors and goals. You know what I think we need to get back to the way it was done without immediately putting the defensive line under pressure by relieving it by getting the ball further up the pitch where mistakes are less likely to bite you in the arse. Max and Zak were the two biggest offenders in the past and they need to make better choices by making themselves less susceptible to errors that can cost dearly on the scoreboard. Watching us play the ball back towards the goal when there is so much open space in front of the player makes me cringe and ask why do we not use that space to build an attack rather than another defensive situation? Part of the success of the game is using the space available for your advantage and not the opposition. Come on you lads it's not rocket science. <doh>

Any news on if the replay has been chosen for TV coverage? The money would be handy right now…

Bristol City have not been making numerous errors and conceding numerous goals by playing out. Max O'leary passing accuracy is not massive, if the team plays longer and O'leary gives the ball away hundreds of times more a season could that cost BCFC dearly on the scoreboard?
