If you're sticking with Bruce Willis, he was once in a film called That's Adequate. Given the state of our squad, you might want to give Unbreakable a miss. Maybe Moonlighting (as a footballer)?

Florian Plettenburg is saying we’re closing in on Timo Werner for a 6 month loan. He’s set to leave his training camp soon and there’ll be an option to buy. Oh mannn, I gave this guy so much **** when he was at Chelsea. Almost Morata/ Mudryk levels of abuse. There’s also reports emerging in Italy that Napoli are ahead in the race for Dragusin.
Romano also jumping on the Werner news. So our potential forward options are a guy I’ve never rated who calls himself a pigeon and is absolutely dog awful and a guy I ridiculed for ages whilst at Chelsea. Sometimes I wonder what I done in a past life.
Havertz & Werner could not see the attraction in either of these German players and yet numerous managers have rated them both?
Werner was awful at Chelsea, missed some ridiculously easy chances. If Ange wants him then I’m all for it but it’s a weird move. Just glad it’s only a loan so Spurs can send him back in the summer
Werner's quick and works his arse off, but his finishing is questionable, as is his injury record. He was lethal for Leipzig for 4 seasons, though: If Postecoglou wants him, then I think we have to give him the benefit of the doubt. He does seem to fit his system and we do need more options in that position. It's mad how badly he dropped off at Chelsea, but that's true of so many strikers recently.
This is largely my concern though, we’ve (potentially) got two CFs/ STs that aren’t good finishers. I fully appreciate we’ll never replace Kane but feels like we’ve lowered the bar massively for his old spot. With Sonny in Asia now too, I genuinely struggle where goals are coming from over the next few weeks, I doubt Porro’s gonna be able to hit screamers like last night all the time.
What’s Werner been like since he’s been back at Leipzig? Going on stats alone it doesn’t look great. I know he can play on the left and up top but the more I think about this move, the less excited I am.
It feels like there's a real lack of quality strikers at the moment. Hopefully the club have someone in mind for the summer, but I've no idea who it could be. Lautaro Martinez and Victor Osimhen have been doing the business in Italy for a few years. They seem out of reach to us at the moment, though. Who else is there? Ivan Toney would probably cost too much and be quite a risk. Not sure he'd suit Angeball, either. Dusan Vlahovic could be another Juve coup, if we could pull it off. He's struggled there, though. Time for Paratici to drag another one out of nowhere, perhaps?
Got a bad ankle injury and has struggled to regain his place since then. They've got a lot of competition up front, which is probably why a loan is possible. Yussuf Poulsen, Lois Openda, Xavi Simons and Benjamin Sesko, plus Werner. Openda only joined in the summer from Lens, but he's got 15 in 24 already. Moved a lot in his fledgling career already and being tipped for another move, too.
Short term loan wouldn’t be too bad for him, just hope Ange can get him back to pre Chelsea Werner levels.
