Rangers and anyone with half a brain cell knows that if all the correct procedures were followed then Rangers would never have had that penalty, we all know that, the problem is that correct procedures were not followed.

The part you don’t seem to be getting is that Rangers are questioning the process of how var was used and how it will continue to be used in the future. The decision making process for that whole phase of play was a bit amateur hour, the offside miraculously becoming available 30 minutes later, and if they were so confident of their original decision then why did the offside even need mentioned? Almost as if it was found to cover arses and try to defuse the situation

The process was no penalty called by referee. No obvious error made by referee for Collum to intervene. The decision was therefore no penalty, goal kick. You are not disagreeing with this (NOW, its just the process) decision just like your delegation.
